Code library used in article A28, Taxonomies of networks from community structure. You will also need the Matlab functions squareform.m and princomp.m, which are part of the Statistics Toolbox of Matlab. The C++ program for running the community detection is a modified version of the code originally written by Renaud Lambiotte, and it is posted here with his kind permission.

Stock market data for 116 NYSE stocks analyzed in article A1 and others. These data were originally in the public domain. The data are in MATLAB's mat-format, so please change the extension from txt to mat before opening the file.
